Performance 24/06 - 29/06/2010“I was always curious about the process and technique behind making chocolate ever since I was 13. It didn’t take long before I made chocolate my hobby and started taking evening classes. While studying at PIVA in Antwerp, I finished in third place in the Sint Aubertus Awards. After working in restaurants for a while, I opened my own workshop when I was 28. I am very proud to be a part of this profession with such a long tradition. And I am proud to shop off my art to the world in Shanghai.”
