“I have had a love affair with chocolate from a very young age. Above all else, I was inspired by the endless creative possibilities of working with chocolate. One of our specialties at Belisy Chocolatier is the “creamy cube”, a filled, cube-shaped praline served on a tray and eaten with a toothpick. Every chocolatier is keen to develop his/her own style and signature range. My aim is no different, however I want to realise it on the international stage with products that are easily adaptable to the tastes and expectations of individual markets. I am hoping Shanghai, with its access to the Chinese market, will provide an excellent opportunity to realise that vision.”
