Performance 12/05 - 17/05/2010 Performance 24/10 - 31/10/2010Eddy is working as artisanal chocolatier in his own workshop in Aalst, since 10 years by now. He offers an assortment of more than 80 different chocolates. Eddy is very excited to leave as the first chocolatier of the region East-Flanders to demonstrate in Shanghai and to show his skills. He is also very proud of his home town Aalst, since in Belgium it is very known for its spectacular 'Carnaval' festivities.
