“I have always adored the taste of chocolate and the artistry involved in make it. Such was my passion that I decided to make it my passion nearly 5 years ago by opening my own shop. I hope to one day exploit my interest in cocoa cultivation to further explore the chocolate-making process and open up new possibilities in the experience of chocolate. I have been to China before on a cultural mission and am really looking forward to going back. I’m just sad I can’t bring my beloved Citroën 2CV with me.”
