“It was common for me to help my father when I was a student and
although my studies pointed to a completely different direction, I
was happy to adopt his profession in the end as a chocolatier. My
ambition is to expand my range of techniques within the horizon of
artisanal chocolate making using the finest quality ingredients. I
am always searching for new tastes and new combinations and hope to
meet new people from all kinds of fields in Shanghai. It should be
an incredible experience.”
