“After some 20 years in the business, I am honoured to be selected for this prestigious event. I have always been passionate about food and chocolate in particular and was lucky enough to make a profession out of my hobby. Some of my specialties include pralines with speculoos, ganache with basil, mint, violets and Earl Grey tea and caramel made with salted butter. I really aim to amaze visitors to the Belgian pavilion with some original creations in chocolate.”
