“I guess I am what you would call a classical pralinier. My father owned and ran his own bakery where he also made chocolate. It was love at first sight for me and a natural decision to become a chocolatier myself. It is an honour to represent Belgian chocolate in Shanghai. Belgium might be small in many respects but we are also “big” on small things like diamonds and the finest quality chocolates. I am looking forward to spreading that message to the world as a Limburger, a Belgian but most of all as a world citizen.”
