“I have always loved being creative with food and am fascinated by the endless possibilities inherent in chocolate. Although still a student, I will soon be opening my own patisserie to give full reign to my passion for fine pralines and special flavour combinations. And one day, I hope to expand to create a tea room dedicated to the finest chocolate experiences. I can’t wait to learn more about Chinese culture and, in particular, try some great noodles.”
