Performance 07/09 - 12/09/2010“I became immersed in the world of chocolate at a very young age. The father of a primary school friend was a pastry chef and it was in his company that I acquired the desire to work with chocolate. I have been honoured to receive the Best Praline Award in Walloon Brabant on two occasions and the “Vitrine de l’artisan” award in 2009. I have done some pretty crazy things with chocolate, including making a chocolate dress for a fashion show in 2008. However, the traditional praline remains my favourite medium and I am always looking for new tastes and fillings.”
