Performance 23/06 - 28/06/2010“I think I first knew I was going to be a chocolatier when I was 10 years old. And I have always been keen to see other countries. So being selected to travel to Shanghai has meant satisfying two passions at once. My life as a chocolatier has been truly blessed. I have participated in many international competitions and worked for some of the best houses in the world. I enjoy working with all kinds of pastry from traditional and avant-garde patisserie to fruit conserves, jams, nougat and of course all kinds of chocolate. It is my intention to produce a masterpiece during my six days in Shanghai.”
