“It was a dream come true for me the first time I began working with chocolate. I have always been keen to take my business and my profession to the next level and though I have never been to Asia before, I am really excited about the prospects. I enjoy working with interesting combinations in chocolate and always look to marry the new with tradition: like our special fruit and flower-based ganaches and chocolate with Trappist beer.
