“I inherited my love for chocolate from my family, which now comprises three generations of chocolatiers. The World Expo represents a huge honour for me. I am highly motivated by the prospects of representing Belgium on the world stage, but also hope to find some new recipes, new packaging ideas and new ingredients in China to marry with chocolate. I enjoy passing on my knowledge and am thrilled that my son is continuing the family tradition.”
