"We evolved from a bakery shop to a chocolate shop, by gradually developing a passion for chocolate. Joining the Shanghai project is for us a unique experience. Receiving the possibility to represent our country is a big honour. We hope to do demonstrate our experience one day at the Callebaut Academy. We like to work with creative ideas like : combining marzipan with chocolate. We want to show off that chocolate is not only delicious to eat, but also a grateful product to make artistic creations with. We are convinced that this project will give us a lot of local visibility in Ekeren, and finally that is what we are doing it for. We want to bring stories back home that we can share with our customers. "
