“Chocolate, to me, has all the qualities of a good woman: soft, elegant, mysterious and passionate. Every bite is a miracle. At home, we were brought up to love and respect food. And like almost everyone I know, I fell in love with chocolate very early on. I was just lucky to be able to make it my profession as well. I hope one day to open a genuine chocolate restaurant, perhaps even with a hotel. Until then, I am more than content working away creating new and tantalising taste combinations using genuine, natural ingredients. I am looking forward to going back to Shanghai. I was there 12 years ago for a wedding and still have vivid memories of this wonderful place.”
