“Becoming a chocolatier was self-evident for me. It is in my blood. My father was such a dedicated craftsman that it was natural to follow in his footsteps. I grew up in a fabulous environment, filled each day with the smell of fine chocolate. Although I enjoy experimenting with new shapes, tastes and surprising combinations, I never stray far from tradition and from the tried and true methods I grew up with. I see the Expo as much as an adventure for me personally as an avenue for business opportunities. I am simply looking forward to demonstrating the love and knowhow inherent to our profession.”
