Arti Choc is specialised in pralines, Creative decorations and couloured hollow figures.
“After spending 19 years as a traiteur, I was ready for a new
challenge. I have for long been inspired by the satisfaction I get
from doing and making things with chocolate and that is the path I
decided to take. My aim is to be as original as possible, whether
it be with specially coloured figurines or pralines, interesting
fillings or decorative pieces, etc. I also enjoy making creations
for the traditional holidays in Belgium such as St. Nicholas.
Shanghai will be a big challenge for me but one I am keen to take
on. I want to give visitors an idea of the great diversity of
tastes, methods, processes etc. involved in making fine chocolate.”
